This hotel-grade, premium Smoked Honeycured Bacon is cured and smoked for days then machine-sliced into uniform thickness. With each layer of strips separated with plastic film, each bacon can be easily peeled off even when frozen.  Just put on a pan over medium heat – no oil needed, and pan-fry to the  desired crispiness.
