General guidelines
Customers must provide a complete and valid address and indicate any special instructions for the driver to ensure on-time delivery.
Customers must provide a valid and reachable number in case the driver is unable to locate the delivery address.
The driver will wait for a maximum of ten (10) minutes. If after ten (10) minutes the customer or a representative fails to receive
the order, the ordered items will be returned to our facility at the customer’s expense.Upon receiving Gourmeatry frozen products, items should be stored immediately in the freezer, or thawed for immediate use.
- Weights of items will vary due to freezing/thawing conditions.
Every item is individually vacuum-sealed and/or retained in its original plastic packaging and delivered in insulated boxes to keep them
frozen. We aim to implement a maximum 4-hour freezer time for deliveries to maintain their frozen state. However, conditions of the product will vary depending on the weather and other factors.
Delivery
- All orders received from Monday to Saturday are for delivery within 24–48 hours.
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. - If the product is short in quantity without fault on the part of the customer, Gourmeatry shall deliver the remaining product as soon as stocks are available without additional delivery charge to the customer.
- Gourmeatry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances/events beyond Gourmeatry’s control such as acts of God, force majeure, or if the failure or delay is caused by the voluntary or negligent act of the customer.
- If a customer fails to receive the products on its scheduled delivery, additional fee for re-delivery of the product will be shouldered by the customer.
- All delivery information is final and will be forwarded to Lalamove for pick-up and fulfillment.
- All orders are delivered via a third-party provider – Lalamove. Please refer to this link to view their terms and conditions – https://www.lalamove.com/en-ph/tnc.
Cancellation of orders
Orders still on queue (within an hour after placement) may be cancelled directly from our website. However, cancellations are subject to
applicable transaction fees set by our third-party provider Paymongo. Note that orders that have been processed for delivery are final.
