Our ground beef is what we call our 80-20 minced: 80% meat and 20% fat. Fat is the secret to making a burger juicy, a fact well known to many burger joints. Try also adding ground pork to your beef burger mixture (20% pork, 80% beef) to make the patty more tender. We recommend this product for burgers, picadillo, and arroz a la cubana.
