  • 1 kg beef brisket – cubed / shortribs – cubed / shanks – crosscut
  • 500 ml water (add if needed)
  • 1 large white onion – chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic – chopped
  • 2 medium carrots – cubed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp whole pepper corn
  • 1 big potato cubed
  • 1 pechay or repolyo
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce patis
