Sinigang na baka

  • 1 kg beef shortribs – cubed / shank – crosscut
  • 2 pcs medium white onion quartered
  • 2 pcs tomato – sliced
  • 8 cups water (add as needed after boil until tender)
  • 1 medium eggplant sliced
  • long sili / sili haba
  • 8 to 10 pieces okra
  • 8 pcs sitaw – 2 inch cut
  • bunch kangkong
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons patis
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 40g pack Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix Original (add as needed)
