- 1 kg beef shortribs – cubed / shank – crosscut
- 2 pcs medium white onion quartered
- 2 pcs tomato – sliced
- 8 cups water (add as needed after boil until tender)
- 1 medium eggplant sliced
- 3 long sili / sili haba
- 8 to 10 pieces okra
- 8 pcs sitaw – 2 inch cut
- 1 bunch kangkong
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons patis
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 40g pack Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix Original (add as needed)
