1 kg beef shank – crosscut
8 cups water (add as needed after boil until tender)
1/2 repolyo / cabbage
1 sweet corn – 2 inch cut (optional)
8 pcs sitaw – 2 inch cut
1 big white onion – sliced
1 Tablespoon whole peppercorn
3 Tablespoons fish sauce patis
