Beef Bulalo

  • 1 kg  beef shank – crosscut
  • 8 cups water (add as needed after boil until tender)
  • 1/2 repolyo / cabbage 
  • 1 sweet corn – 2 inch cut (optional)
  • 8 pcs sitaw – 2 inch cut
  • 1 big white onion – sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon whole peppercorn
  • 3 Tablespoons fish sauce patis
